Orders & shipping
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 12:00 on a working day are shipped the same day. Later orders leave the next working day.
As soon as the package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number — usually within a few hours of being handed over to the courier.
What are the shipping costs and do you ship internationally?
Standard shipping within Slovakia costs 3.90 €. We ship across the entire EU — rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Orders over 40 € have free shipping throughout the EU. We currently do not ship outside the EU.
What payment methods can I use?
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and standard bank transfer. All card payments go through Shopify Payments — your data never touches our servers.
How do I cancel an order?
Write to support@venev.eu as soon as possible — ideally within an hour of placing your order — and we will cancel it before it is shipped.
Once the package has left with the courier, we are unable to return it, but after delivery you can return it free of charge.
What should I do if I entered incorrect details in my order?
Reply to the confirmation email or write to support@venev.eu as soon as you notice the mistake. If we haven't shipped yet, we'll update the address, name, or any other detail.
If the parcel has already been dispatched, we'll try to redirect the delivery with the carrier where possible.
Returns and refunds
What should I do in case of a complaint or return?
You have 14 days from delivery to return any unopened product with a full refund. Write to support@venev.eu and we will send a prepaid return label.
When claiming a damaged or defective product, please attach a photo to the email. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the package.
Is the protective film on the magnet eco-friendly?
Yes. The film on the magnetic applicator is made from PLA — a plant-based, compostable bioplastic. You can peel it off and toss it in your compost bin.
Products and ingredients
What skin type is VENEV skincare suitable for?
For all skin types — dry, oily, combination and sensitive. Our formulas have minimal fragrance and balanced pH, so they suit reactive skin too.
If you have a specific concern, write to us and we will recommend a ritual for you.
What are the benefits of the magnetic mask?
The magnetic mask draws out impurities, deeply hydrates and after just one 8-minute application leaves the skin visibly smoother. Most people feel firmer and more even skin right after the first use, with cumulative results from regular weekly applications.
When can I use the Skin Care Kit?
The Skin Care Kit covers your entire daily ritual — morning and evening. Cleanse your skin, apply serum, then moisturise. Use the mask once or twice a week as an additional treatment.
When can I use the VENEV Vitamin C serum?
In the morning, after cleansing and before moisturiser. Vitamin C boosts radiance and protects against environmental damage throughout the day. Always follow with SPF.
How to use VENEV Gentle Cleanser?
Apply a coin-sized amount to damp skin, massage with circular motions for 30 seconds and rinse with lukewarm water. Use morning and evening. Suitable for all skin types including sensitive.
What harmful effects does VENEV Blue Light cream protect against?
Protects against high-energy visible light from phone and computer screens — a well-known contributor to premature ageing and pigmentation — as well as against urban pollution and infrared damage.
Apply in the morning and, if you spend more than four hours in front of a screen, reapply.
