Read the detailed rules of the contest taking place on the Instagram and Facebook account of Venev.
- Basic information
1.1 The organiser of the contest is the company Venev s.r.o., with registered office at Doležalova 15C, 82104, Bratislava, Slovakia, Company ID: 54467519, Tax ID: 2121684961, VAT ID: SK2121684961 , (hereinafter referred to as "organiser" or simply "Venev"). Contact: info@venev.sk
1.2 Contests are held on an ongoing basis on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/venevskcz and on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/venevskcz
1.3 The deadline of a specific contest is specified in the relevant contest post
1.4 The contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram and has no relationship with it. Instagram has no obligations towards the contestant.
- Contestants
2.1 The contest is open to any person who has reached the age of 18, has an active profile on Facebook or Instagram and has fulfilled the contest conditions stated in the relevant contest post.
- Contest rules
3.1 Each contestant may add more than one comment with a tagged person under the contest post.
3.2 The organiser reserves the right to exclude from the contest comments that:
- clearly have no connection with the contest post,
- contain vulgarisms or other expressions that are contrary to generally acceptable social morality and ethics,
- contain threats and/or other similar verbal attacks including false information about another person,
- incite hatred on the basis of gender, race, skin colour, language, belief and religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, membership of a nationality or ethnic group,
- promote addictive substances or trivialise the consequences of their use,
- endanger the physical, psychological and/or moral development of minors,
- incite other persons to immoral conduct or to conduct that is contrary to the generally binding legal regulations in force in the Slovak Republic,
- are contrary to these rules and/or the generally binding legal regulations in force in the Slovak Republic,
- the organiser deems inappropriate for publication.
3.3 Contest winners will be determined by a draw from among all contestants participating in the contest.
- Announcement of winners and prize handover
4.1 The winner will win a VENEV product package as specified in the given contest.
4.2 The organiser will announce the winner by publishing the winner's details in anonymised form on the stories of the Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/venevskcz or the Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/venevskcz and will simultaneously contact them via private message. In the case of a contest administered by a third party, the announcement of the contest will take place on that person's profile.
4.3 The winner is not entitled to transfer the prize to another person; however, this does not restrict their right to gift the prize after having received it.
4.4 The prize will be delivered via Slovak Post.
- Other contest conditions
5.1 Contestants are not entitled to demand financial or any other compensation in lieu of the prize and are not entitled to any other performance from the organiser beyond what is stated in these rules.
5.2 Any complaints or objections shall be decided with final effect by the organiser. The organiser reserves the right to shorten, postpone, interrupt or cancel the contest or unilaterally amend or supplement its rules at any time during its duration, by announcing the change on the website www.venev.sk , where the valid and complete rules are available.
5.3 The organiser is entitled to verify all conditions for participation in the contest and, in the event of a dispute, to assess and decide with final effect on any matter connected with the contest. The organiser reserves the right to disqualify a contestant from the contest or to withhold the prize from a contestant in the event of a breach of the contest rules.
- Contestant's declaration and consent to the processing of personal data
6.1 By participating in the contest, the contestant voluntarily grants the organiser (the controller within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act) consent to the processing of their personal data provided to the organiser during the contest, as well as in connection with the possible awarding of prizes, for the purposes of entry into the contest, its evaluation and the delivery of the prize.
The contestant has the right to request from the controller access to personal data concerning the data subject, the right to rectification of personal data, the right to erasure of personal data and the right to restriction of processing of personal data, the right to object to the processing of personal data, as well as the right to portability of personal data.
6.2. The controller stores the winner's personal data to the extent and for the period necessary for the delivery of the prize, but no longer than 2 months.
6.3 The controller will provide personal data to processors entrusted with the administration of its Instagram or Facebook page.
6.4 This consent to the processing of personal data is voluntary. Withdrawal of consent during the contest is effective from the moment of its delivery to the organiser and results in the exclusion of the contestant from the contest.
- Validity of the rules
7.1 These rules are valid from 01.01.2022, i.e. from the date of commencement of the contest.
